This policy covers the dualab.my website. Each DuaLab app has its own privacy policy, linked from its page in the portfolio.
1. The Website
dualab.my is a static marketing website. It has no user accounts, no login, and no forms, and it does not ask you for personal information in order to read it.
2. What We Collect
Nothing. The website runs no analytics script, sets no cookies, and embeds no third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or social widgets. If that ever changes, this page changes with it and the date above moves.
3. Server Logs
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data such as IP address and user agent in order to deliver and protect the site. That processing is covered by Cloudflare’s own privacy policy and DuaLab does not build profiles from it.
4. When You Email Us
If you email hello@dualab.my or privacy@dualab.my, we hold that message and your address for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry. Contact links on this site prefill the subject line with the page you came from, which is used only to understand which page prompted the enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details.
5. Our Apps
The apps and extensions DuaLab publishes are covered by their own privacy policies, linked from each product page: 1Ramadan, Takbir, Takziah, Halalketak, Wukuf, HalalZip, Rohani, HalalBoss, JomArabic, QuranVocab, Qiblat, Iftar, Boleh Salam Siapa?, Jadual ETS, Cupertino Keyboard, Copy Page Title, Copy Page Title and URL, DeepShot, SimpanChat, DetectMe, KPP01, RecordMe, and JobStreet Gaji. Those policies describe any data the apps themselves handle, which in most cases is none.
6. Your Rights
Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Since the website itself collects nothing, in practice this only concerns email you have sent us.
