In short
Jadual ETS collects nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting. The only thing kept is your last searched route, stored on your device and never transmitted.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the Jadual ETS mobile app (my.jadualets.app), published by DuaLab, handles information. In short: it does not collect any data about you. This policy covers the app only and does not describe any website.
2. Data we collect
None. Jadual ETS does not collect, store, log, or transmit any personal or usage data. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or photos, and it has no accounts, no analytics, and no servers.
3. What is stored on your device
The app remembers the last pair of stations you searched so it can fill them in next time. That preference is stored on your device only, is never transmitted, and is removed when you uninstall the app.
4. Network connections
The app works fully offline, because the timetables are stored inside it. It makes one kind of network request, and only when you choose to make it: tapping a source link opens the official KTMB timetable PDF in your browser. That request goes to ktmb.com.my, not to us, and we receive nothing from it.
5. Third-party services
None. The app embeds no advertising networks, no analytics SDKs, and no social media SDKs.
7. Children’s privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone, including children.
8. About the timetable data
Train times shown in the app were taken from the timetable PDFs published by Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) at ktmb.com.my. Jadual ETS is an independent app. It is not made by, owned by, operated by or endorsed by KTMB, the Ministry of Transport, or any other government agency, and it does not represent any government entity.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date above.
